Grand County Title was established in 1975, and for the past 31 years, we have been providing title insurance, abstracting and escrow services to Grand County realtors, lenders, attorneys, developers and homeowners.
Our main office is located in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, the county seat for Grand County. We also have outlying offices in Winter Park and Grand Lake.
Grand County Title has agency relationships with several national title insurance underwriters, each of which have high industry ratings.
Our focus is Grand County, Colorado. We only do business here. Because of this, we are intimately familiar with the real estate and people issues occurring in our neck of the woods.
We have earned a reputation for doing the best title work in Grand County. When the tough title issues come up, or when there is a lot of money on the line, or when the job has to be done right, we’re generally the title company chosen.
Our expertise and experience is second to none. The company’s two principals are Kent Whitmer and Curtis Lange, each of whom are full-time owner/managers within the company. Kent is a real estate attorney with over 17 years of experience. Curt had been a CPA with over 10 years of experience. Additionally, most staff members at Grand County Title possess over 10 years of title insurance experience.
