Kent Whitmer

President, Manager, General Counsel, Title Examiner

Kent started with the Company on January 15, 1991. He holds a law degree and MBA from the University of Colorado (Spring 1989). Prior to coming on board with Grand County Title, he examined titles in Wyoming for a year and a half in connection with an oil and gas law practice. Kent owns controlling interest (51%) in the Company.

Curtis Lange

Vice President, Manager, Closing/Escrow, Information Technology

Curtis started with the Company in February of 1996. He holds a degree in accounting from Fort Lewis College , Durango , Colorado , and has been a licensed CPA. Curtis owns the minority interest (49%) in the Company.

Lee Ann Broughton

Debra Lynd

Deb started with the Company in 1995. Prior to coming to the Company, Deb was the transfer clerk at the Grand County Assessor’s Office for 12 years. Debby is a highly skilled and experienced examiner capable of competently undertaking the most complex exams.

Joni Lange

Title Examiner

Joni has been with the Company since 2005. She holds a four year degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Her background is in banking working as a customer relations person and teller. She currently is our subdivision title examiner.

Robin Vrbas

Policy Production

Robin has worked for the Company since 1997. Prior to working for the Company, Robin worked for Grand County Abstract Company.

Lacy White

Escrow Officer

Lacy has been with the Company since 2005. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance.

Joann Schulte

Escrow Processor

Joann started with the Company in 2007. She holds a four year accounting degree, she assists Lacy White with all closing related activities. Joann would be the first person you will speak with when calling our Grand Lake branch.

Phyllis Johnson

Closer

Phyllis oversees our Winter Park office. She has a degree in Business Management and has worked for Grand County Title & Escrow Company, Inc. since 1997 She is highly competent to close any transaction.
